I went to this a few weeks ago and thought it was bloomin' marvellous. The nice thing about the shows at the Guardian is they do really nice booklets to go along with the photos - and they're free. This was a particulary fine publication and bigger than any I'd seen before.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't actually realised it was on until I stumbled upon it en route to the Gilbert Garcon exhibition - also very interesting - a fine body of work considering he didn't start shooting until he was in his 60s.

ReplyDeleteI did pop into the Don McPhee exhibition and was impressed. Where was the Gilbert Garcin exhibition? That part of London is a bit of a mystery to me..
