I went to this a few weeks ago and thought it was bloomin' marvellous. The nice thing about the shows at the Guardian is they do really nice booklets to go along with the photos - and they're free. This was a particulary fine publication and bigger than any I'd seen before.
I hadn't actually realised it was on until I stumbled upon it en route to the Gilbert Garcon exhibition - also very interesting - a fine body of work considering he didn't start shooting until he was in his 60s.

Thanks Mox
I did pop into the Don McPhee exhibition and was impressed. Where was the Gilbert Garcin exhibition? That part of London is a bit of a mystery to me..
It's at the Hoopers Gallery in Clerkenwell. There's a link to a map on this page: http://www.franceinlondon.co.uk/en_eventsview_2687_Gilbert-Garcin.html
Ah... but it's finished. Sorry, I forgot to tick the box here that would have notified me of your reply!
