CCTV eye test

I laughed very loudly at this T shirt.
I worked in a large telecoms company who had a cctc control room that had a screen for 30 cameras or so.
A camera was sneakily hidden in the control room ceiling to keep an eye on the screen watchers.
After reviewing footage it was discovered that one gentleman, alone on nightshift, had taken a jazzmag out of his rucksack and proceeded to pop one off, as it were.
Management took over a month to do anything as none of them wanted/knew how to broach the subject.

A CCTV camera to watch the guys watching the CCTV cameras? That could go on for ever.
