The Melplash Show is a one-day country show that takes place on the third Thursday in August at the Melplash Showground near West Bay in Dorset.
Due to mysterious forces not yet fully understood, it is always blessed with good weather.

Hi Sam. Hope you're doing well. I've only made one approach to one of the obvious publishers of photobooks, and they weren't interested in my country show series. There will be an A5 mag/zine of some of my Weymouth seaside stuff coming shortly. And possibly another solo publication - to be discussed next week! Watch this space.

Yes there is a superb country show almost on my doorstep, however it was cancelled last year due to weather...
